GP Receptionist Training

The Receptionist is the heart of the practice, the first member of staff to have contact with the patient and the first link in the customer care chain. Our training courses are uniquely designed for the GP reception, they are fully researched, grounded in excellent theory but more importantly full of tips and skills for practical application. Our trainers know what the job entails, we know how difficult it can be to deliver excellence in patient care day after day and our training reflects the lessons learned over many years practical experience. All our training is suitable for all reception staff –new to the job or with many years service. We aim to improve reception skills, heighten patient satisfaction and re-energise receptionists.
